Refund Policy
At Little Life Magnets, each order is produced to order and, in many cases, personalized using customer submitted images and details. For that reason, all custom and made to order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except in the event of damage, defect, or order error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at littlelifemagnets@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After review, Little Life Magnets may approve a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion.
Approved refunds, when issued, will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase. Little Life Magnets is not responsible for errors in customer provided content, including uploaded photos, spelling, dates, cropping selections, or shipping information entered at checkout. Orders may not be changed, canceled, or edited once production or fulfillment has begun.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement:

minor variations in color, brightness, or contrast caused by screen/display settings

slight placement or crop differences that result from the production process

normal wear, misuse, mishandling, or damage occurring after delivery
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
For wholesale, resale, event, bulk, or other business to business orders, separate terms may apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such orders are final sale except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
